Heather Locklear has checked herself into a medical facility today, says her personal publicist.

Locklear is supposedly battling anixety and dpression.

Marie Osmond House for Sale

Marie Osmond, who is better known as an agent, manager and publicist, has her house under for sale.

The home is located in the Breton Woods subdivision. It has 9,000 square feet, six bedrooms, five bathrooms and a basketball court. The house was first listed two years ago for $1.2 million but now they are asking $845,000.

Her brother and realtor, Jimmy Osmond, says she's selling it as part of a divorce agreement with her second husband, Brian Blosil, and because she's now living and performing in Las Vegas. He says otherwise she wouldn't be selling.

Jimmy Osmond says Marie loved the neighborhood.

Marie and Brian announced their divorce in March 2007 after more than 20 years of marriage.

TV Shows "Nip/Tuck" Gets Cancelled

I did not see this coming.

The hit FX television series "Nip/Tuck" was cancelled for good on June 12, 2009.

The ironic thing is, the 100th episode will be the last.

You know what else is ironic? The final episodes will not be aired until 2011. Sucks for Nip/Tuck fans.

Snoop Comes Up With a $900 Trade-Off When He Had the Munchies

When Snoop Dogg and Stephen Marley, his tour mate, had the munchies, they decided to make a $900 pizza order.

But, they decided not to pay the money.

They made a fair trade-off with the pizzeria, giving them 12 concert tickets, and a shit load of t-shirts and hats.

BADASS!!

It is reported that they ordered pizza, 6lbs of BBQ ribs and hot wings -- Marley stuck to vegetarian pies while Snoop got the chicken pesto and chicken garlic extreme.

Maura Tierney to Get Emergency Surgery to Remove Breast Tumor

So sad! Tumors strike again…

Maura Tierney, better known as Nurse Abby Lockhart in the show “ER” which recently discontinued, has released a statement saying she will have emergency surgery to get a tumor removed from her breast.

TV Show 'Lost' Stole Idea?

Anthony Spinner, better known as the producer of "Baretta" and "Babes in Toyland" says that he originally was paid $30,000 to write a TV pilot which he called "Lost".

Spinner is now suing ABC and Touchstone Television, claiming the network passed on the show in '77, '91 and '94 ... then suddenly created an exact replica with Touchstone in 2004.

There are many complications and a lot of pieces of evedince that Spinner claims he has. This will be an interesting law-suit to see the outcome of.
